A Healthy Diet Is The Beginning To A Healthy Life!

Recent studies conducted by the Nutritional Science Department of the University Of Päs show that a shocking 16% of Coralians often skip at least one meal a day, and that Breakfast is the most often neglected. The university researchers also found that the most-cited reason for this phenomena is that people feel rushed in the mornings.
While the value of getting a full night's sleep is great, it is also important to make time for eating in the morning. Breakfast pushes the metabolism into its "day mode", according to Dr. Rebiw Yena. A solid morning meal is the foundation for a whole day of nutritional eating.
The second-most popular reason for skipping breakfast, according to the UniPäs Study, is a fear that eating in the morning will cause one to gain unwanted weight. Although the government of the PCI is strongly unapproving of obesity, it does not want the citizens to stop eating to stay thin. The key to avoiding weight-gain is eating a healty diet and getting plenty of excercise. Researchers at both the University of Päs and Kacaka Academy have found that eating a proper breakfast actually can lead to weight loss, if it prevents snacking on more unhealthy food later in the day.
In the interest of increasing the general health of all Coralians, the government of the PCI encourages everyone to eat a healthy breakfast. Remember, good citizenship begins in the kitchen.

Not only is breakfast important for health, it is also good for society and culture. Having a family conversation over the morning meal is a good basis for familial communication throughout the day. Breakfast is also served in many restaurants, so it can be an opportune setting for a morning meeting between friends or colleagues.
